By registering an account with sm505, accessing our website at https://sm505.cam, or using any of our betting and gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. Important: sm505 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balance.
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each person is permitted to register only one account with sm505. Multiple accounts registered by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. sm505 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprinting, and IP addresses.
You must keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any third party. You are solely responsible for all transactions and bets placed through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify sm505 immediately via email at [email protected] or through live chat support.
sm505 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for specific promotions.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases of banking system delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit is not reflected within 1 hour, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
sm505 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your sm505 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and the maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 unless higher limits are approved for VIP members.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), Monday through Sunday. Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.
sm505 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, bank statements, and source of funds documentation. We also reserve the right to reverse withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
sm505 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. Deposits withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees of up to 10% of the deposit amount. sm505 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
sm505 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are detailed in the respective promotion announcements. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of each bonus before opting in.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%.
sm505 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (low-margin betting, hedging, or arbitrage), colluding with other players, or exploiting software errors or loopholes.
If bonus abuse is detected, sm505 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all wagers placed with bonus funds, confiscate any winnings derived from bonuses, and permanently close the offending account. Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. sm505 may cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All bets are final once confirmed. sm505 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of obvious error (such as clearly incorrect odds) at our sole discretion. In the event of a dispute, sm505's transaction logs shall be deemed conclusive.
sm505 reserves the right to void bets, refuse bets, limit bet amounts, or close accounts if we suspect fraudulent activity, use of betting bots or automated software, exploitation of technical errors, insider information, match-fixing involvement, or any other form of unfair advantage.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing sports body. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market type, as detailed in our comprehensive Betting Rules section accessible from your account dashboard.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant events during the match or technical reasons. Bets placed during suspension periods may be voided. sm505 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds or results and to void or adjust settlements accordingly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
While sm505 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. sm505 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, server downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).
sm505 reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to services for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance, but emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
sm505 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use sm505 at your own risk.
sm505 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality, losses due to your own betting decisions or gambling activity, losses due to third-party payment processor failures or delays, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
In no event shall sm505's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures, provided all wagering requirements have been met and no breach of these Terms has occurred.
sm505 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, created multiple accounts, abused bonuses or promotions, provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, or engaged in any conduct detrimental to sm505 or other users.
Upon account termination for breach of Terms, sm505 may confiscate any remaining account balance, void all pending bets, cancel all bonuses, and report the matter to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected. You will remain liable for any outstanding amounts owed to sm505.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, sm505 offers self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. If you choose to self-exclude, your account will be locked for the selected period and you will not be able to access betting services. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to sm505's licensing jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of sm505 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in sm505's licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, you must first contact sm505 customer support to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 14 days, you may escalate the matter to our management team for formal review.
All formal complaints must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with detailed description of the issue, supporting evidence, and your proposed resolution. sm505 will investigate all formal complaints and respond within 30 business days. Our decision on the matter shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against sm505.
